What happen?? HELP

I have no idea what happen to my blog & internet explorer. I can't load any photo to my blog. I think I did something to the setting until it block all popups window. I have tried to work it out for the past few days (until 12++) just to try my luck to fixed it. The problem is 'still cannot'. FXXK. #&#*%^&@_@)@&@)^$% WHO CAN HELP?
