Life Is Like a Dream

My first trip for year 2010 was contribute by JTI Singapore. 4D3N to Xiamen, China is really more than enough. I would say this is really a boring city. There is not much historical places & building in Xiamen. Basically is just a residential city, condominium & bangalow. Anyway I still appreciate that company had given us the chance to go overseas. Thing that I bought 1. Jeff DVD 2. Spy Next Door DVD  3. Eye mask from Watson 4. Mini Mirror 5. Some Souvenier 6. Ear Ring

If there is a chance for you to work overseas, will you consider going? I have to make up my mind is this what I want to try out at this moment. One thing for sure, I will miss my mum so much. However, this might be the only opportunity in my life.

我想1月29日对我们来说是大日子. 真的等了5 年.  谢谢你在我最难过的时候给了我最想要得. 这算是2010年最好的礼物.

I wish I can practice this in year 2010, 2011 & hopefully the rest of my life 1) Do not delay my work (personal or job related) 2) Switch off the light when ever I was not using it 3) Do not get angry easily 4) Avoid complaining too much 5) Try to sleep on time, 11pm 6) Having dinner with family at least once in a week 7) Apply mask every week 8) Exercise at least once a week 9) Save RM500 per month 10) Spending 15 minutes in toilet everyday to think & clear out the unnecessary Add-on - First thing to do after wakeup, drink a cup of warm water

What you get from a Dentist if you pay RM700 1) a service from 4 nurse & 1 dentist, running around to pull out my wisdon tooth 2) most important is 3 days of MC 3) 6 capsules of special painkiller 4) 2 packets of normal painkiller 5) 2 bars of antibiotic 6) One bottle of Antiseptic mouthwash worth it? By the way, indirect it help to reduce weight. I never take any other food but poriddge.
