Corporate Orientation - Day 2
OMG, I can't wake up so early. Help me. Today rundown is much more interesting compared to yesterday.
Rundown for day 2
- Briefing from head of department, from factory. This we able to know more on function on factory. E.g how to secure a factory, how to turn tabacco to cigarrates.
- After lunch, We are brought to visit the factory. Have the chance to see how was the lamina turn to cut filler, being make then lastly being pack.
- Overall from the primary stage, it is fully automated.
- Making and packing will be on same floor. Cut filler was suck from first floor to second floor to make it to stick then packing.
- Market visit, have a chance to visit the distributor office, CSS.
- TMS ppl was based in distributor office. A bit pity to them their work environment is not as comfortable as us. They don’t really have fix work station.
- Then we proceed to sale office at Kota Damansara. This is the office where all the sale will based on (centrel only) Here, we have the chance to know more on the structure of the sale. Sale person responsibility is brand communication, fight for visibility, make sure brand alway available for all outlet and so on.
Lesson of the day : It not easy to be saleperson. With such bad working environment, they still need to hit target. No choice, they are the most important people in the company. Arigato & Kamsah hamidah.
