Bidor Half Marathon 2008

Image
As usual, my mum will say crazy because travelled so far only for 10KM run. I also lazy to explain the reason behind it. Anyway, no matter what I say she still won't understand us at all. Definitely, run is one of our reason but won't be the only reason. We travel for food, gathering with a few friend with same reason (run) & short holiday. Total 14 of us separated to 3 cars - Naza-Ria, Kia Picanto & Perodua Kenari. Journey started at 10am and we managed to reach Bidor at 12++. Without wasting time, we proceed to get our Bib no. Yeah my number is H063 . Lucky number...H063 Is time to look for our food for lunch. As plan we eat duck mee which is the famous food in Bidor. If you get a chance to visit Bidor, you should look for this Duck mee. Basically is wanton mee with very strong taste of herb soup. Personally, I have tried this a few year ago (10 years gua). I hate it very much. The herb taste is incredible strong. Ended up my mum have to finish it on my behalf. This ...

I was wondering how true is this? Sound very 'zhun'.... The Keys to Your Heart You are attracted to those who are unbridled, untrammeled, and free. In love, you feel the most alive when things are straight-forward, and you're told that you're loved. You'd like to your lover to think you are loyal and faithful... that you'll never change. You would be forced to break up with someone who was emotional, moody, and difficult to please. Your ideal relationship is open. Both of you can talk about everything... no secrets. Your risk of cheating is zero. You care about society and morality. You would never break a commitment. You think of marriage as something precious. You'll treasure marriage and treat it as sacred. In this moment, you think of love as something you thirst for. You'll do anything for love, but you won't fall for it easily. Canton-i @ One U

Have been a few month since he left JTI, once in a while we still keep in touch by sending email, MSN & dinner. Really appreciate the current technology that we had. Without it, I think we will loss contact with most of your friends. Something forward mail means a lot to us. At least, your name still appear in his/her address book. Meeting up a friend that leave my current company and join my ex-company. Is this call staff exchange. Recommended by him, Canton-i @ One-Utama (opposite Burger King). A very Hong Kong style restaurant where you can have a try. Very nice mee & dim sum. Duck Noddle, em I think I like the duck meat rather than wanton mee. XO Carrot Cake, a bit spicy..nice. Custard Bun - egg yolk with custard. This is nice if you like egg yolk. personally, I like this most.

--Dataran Merdeka-- With only 4 hours of nap, I wake up 5.45am in order to meet Kee Fong & Yen Ghee at 6.30am. I have to force myself to wake up. Motivation is : to burn fat in order for me to eat more in the future. I have been continous having heavy meal since last week, Bak Kut Teh, Sushi King, Curry Chicken, Quarter lunch at Hideki Japanese Restaurant, Segambut's famous seafood mee......anyway, luckily is only 5KM fun run. Time to have our breakfast. I take porridge. I think this consider light breakfast.
