What We had for tonight. Something special with someone special too. Not ketam steamboat or seafood but 麻辣火蜗, HOT HOT HOT.
It situated at Puchong, Oposite IOI Mall.
Tried once 麻辣火蜗 at Cheng Chi Wai's shop, if not mistaken 2 years ago. That is a bad experience. Don't even know the best way to enjoy it.
This is totally different. We enjoy it very much. You should order 2 type of soup, 麻辣 and herbal soup. Be patient, don't drink the 麻辣 soup first. You will have the chance. Let the soup boil first. Then, put the one slice of meat (chicken, lamp or pork) into the soup.Take it out after one or 2 minutes, dip it into the special chili sources that you had prepared. This is the time you can enjoy the real taste of the meat. Try it.
Lesson of the day : Don't say no to the thing that you think is not good or you had bad experienced before. You might have different perception or feeling. At least this round, I feel very satisfied with 麻辣火蜗.
