Second or Minute?

This is diplay in front of Sushi King.

The faster person that finish the mee (equivalent to 4 bowls of mee) is 5.49 second

Do you believe it? We did as the staff, she can't answer is either 'second or minute'.

I am sure it should be 5.49 minutes instead of 5.49 second. It's does make a BIG diff.
