Going off to Bidor for run later.
Before that, we will proceed to Ipoh for dim sum ---> visit some popular cave in Ipoh ---> famous Ipoh Chicken Rice ---> Bidor Duck Mee ---> collect Bib & T-shirts ---> Kampar hotel to zzz.
