Pissed off
Last 2 weeks, I happily plan my Dec leave with my colleague. Final decision 9, 15, 22-24 & 26. I tought it should not be a problem as I'm not doing year end closing.
Today, I got all my leave rejected by my lovely manager. Reason is due to some changes on business structure, We need to prepare with all those reporting format, system update, system testing, training & ......I can't concentrate on what my boss say liao....DEMOTIVATE...

P/s: Against, our team being restructure. Most of my team mate move out to other region. Now left 3 in the team.
